      Mission of the company and sustainable future

      Small groups that European Management and UK management prefers and protect. Making useless people managers. Zero care for employees. It is a constant race, everyone will step on you to get to next level. Toxic culture, low pay, extreme expectations. There are many companies with same vision, Elon is not a God. No need to be scared of him. If he is coming to London, you don’t have to drop everything. Do your job, go to your families and dont stress yourselves. It is not worth it.

      They are a company that acts like a start up still, alot of the management team are bad at their jobs and use their power to intimated instead of uplifting and growing their team.
