      - An ok place to start - People are mostly friendly - It’s an easy job

      Cons

      - You get trained with many others - Your work gets shifted many times - You’ll often feel out of the loop within your tasks - Lots of miscommunication - Very little to no growth opportunities - You will never get the chance for a raise - Only do one type of work so very difficult to apply to other jobs after - You’ll often feel like a hamster

      Pros

      -Fast pace, fast changes. Workflows come with guideline changes weekly to monthly. -Quite stern on expectation and heavily rely on performance stats which is motivating for ones that strive for and thrive under pressure. -Support mental health expenses with Lyra program. -Work with amazing team of people who are motivated and dedicated. More than willing to offer help and support. -Feedbacks regarding improvement of workflow and management are mostly heard, considered, and taken actions on for the interests of workflow and individuals.

      Cons

      I feel besides from the mental health program and the amazing peers, everything I listed could be viewed as Cons. -Fast pace environment with a lot of changes comes with effort put in a certain aspect of the workflow goes out of the window in an unstable manner. -High expectation pushing stress on individuals. -One would really have to take responsibility into their own hand, be proactive about reach out for help as well as to understand their own performance.
