Pros

20 week rolling rota, close to the central region of Scotland

Cons

Long Hours with no break, back breaking work and unreasonable targets, unsocial working hours and environment. Little too no support from management or training staff

The pay is quite good and if you have a good manager, they will allow you some flexibility with your schedule

Cons

They are quite strict on performance which isn't fair as there are a lot of things that can stop you from hitting the target.
