Pros

None Nothing Terrible Spoilt in other employment as I know what employee appreciation feels like if your looking for it don't go near this job

Cons

Nick seems to stop at dot.com do not do this job timer ridiculous as outside factors not figured in ie product not on shelf and you have to go looking for it. Customer stops you to ask were something is you haven't the time to help them as your pick rate will go down and not allowed to talk to colleagues as they'll be looking back on cameras to see if your talking. Not that adults can actually talk and function at the same time. Felt like I was in school. Being timed on a job is fine but not given the time to go to store room pull big cages full of stock out to look for thing that should be on the shelf shouldn't be part of the job
