Pros

Colleague Clubcard discounts in-store and online. Extra discount weekends and clothing discounts are available. Can suit students, people with another job, or those needing flexible schedules.

Cons

Can be physically demanding Long periods standing. Lifting stock and restocking shelves. Early morning, evening, or night shifts are common. Large deliveries, stock shortages, long checkout queues, and customer requests can create pressure, especially in larger stores. Good customer service and teamwork experience.

Pros

Great job, out and about and your own boss on the road

Cons

Heavy lifting, previous drivers not loading vans fully or at all. Dark months can be challenging, VERY busy at Xmas (and all the fairy lights hide the house numbers!)
