flexible, able to work around other commitments , good company with proven track record , opportunity to get on if desired, competitive pay , are good at allowing room for manoever if difficulty arises outside of the workplace

Cons

sometimes the ideas to regenerate the business work well in theory but lack clear direction in the implimentation on the ground, i think the pressure to maintain or increase their position as market leaders has a tendancy to rush through working practises that are not nessesarily in the interests of staff on the ground

must make ot for staff and grocery & hardline department must look back...they must get allowance to..cause they do a heavy and though job everyday
