Pros

Great people who were hamstrung by poor management. Watching the continued promotion of obsequious sycophants who were put in place by senior managers so that they could be used as an ablative protective layer was truly appalling and demoralising.

Cons

The company went from somewhere I was proud to be to somewhere I couldn't abide to be. A sad loss.
