      a lot of stress and not so many money

      Pros

      the things we sell are very good and beautiful too and the customers are on the whole very grateful and that's very nice.

      Cons

      4,49€/hour and so many stress. I mean, you have 1000 things to do. You have to do it very fast and you have customers, a lot of them. Maybe you have to help 4 or 5 at the same time. I find it very ungrateful.

      It's one of the best players in European fashion market, it's a strong company with good teams and very easy to develop a career plan

      Cons

      Need some more investment in the international market and to refresh the image of some brands stores. Sometimes the speed of the company is not the way that the market demands
