Pros

Autonomy and Influence: As an Operations Director, I have a high degree of ownership over decisions and day-to-day operations. The role offers a real opportunity to shape how the company evolves operationally. Fast-paced Environment: Telpark operates in the extremely dynamic mobility sector, and there's never a dull moment. If you're adaptable, it's a great environment to grow. Committed Teams: There is strong dedication at the middle-management and frontline levels. Many team members are passionate about improving customer experience and enabling business growth. Strong Brand Recognition: Telpark has a leading market presence in Portugal (and Spain), which opens doors and builds trust with partners and clients.

Cons

Limited Cross-Departmental Coordination: There is good teamwork but room for improvement as well in collaboration and communication at the executive level. Legacy Systems: As digital transformation increases, some tech infrastructures are outdated, which increases pressure to change and evolve at a fast pace. Change Management Challenges: While the company is in a growth and transformation phase, not everyone is receptive to change. Workload and Pressure: The pace can be intense, with high expectations but not always the resources to match.
