Money - Great commission structure which gives rewards to those who put the hours in and work hard Management - The most intelligent and forward thinking company that I have worked for

Long Hours - and early starts, but you get used to it and rewards are as above.

Supportive, exciting, mature, fun, fantastic company culture, extra incentives and not forgetting beer o'clock on a Friday!

Cons

Not so much a con but if you want to get somewhere then you have to put in the hard work. It will pay off!

I am 30 years old and have recently changed my career path moving into a new industry! I have been with TA for 2 months now and never looked back. - TeacherActive have worked hard to build my confidence when i've been unsure of myself! - Offered 1:1 guidance and training every step of the way - Accessible and supportive senior management - Smiley, friendly colleagues and feels like i've been welcomed with open arms - Nothing is too much trouble - other consultants from other offices have called and talked me through their experiences... A really nice touch!

Cons

- early mornings but nothing i won't get used to!
