      Pros

      I have been working for TeacherActive for 3 years and have been extremelty well supported by all levels of staff. I have been well managed and guided to reach my goals. The work is hard and the days are long but the rewards are well worth it. The team are work in are all fantasic people and get on very well with all memebers in and out of work.

      Cons

      I dont really have any "cons" I think the only thing would be the hours but oncew you have put the hard work in and start working smart they do lessen.

      Pros

      - Constant, amazing support from my Branch Manager, and everyone else! - Great commission structure and incentives - Fun environment to work, everyone get's the best out of each other - Hard work is definitely rewarded - Promotion & progression opportunities

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of would be the dark early mornings in winter, but that's a standard.

      I started with TeacherActive when I was 18 and I have grown with this company tremendously as a businessman and as an individual. I'm 2 years down the line and I have earnt more money than my graduate friends will be making when 5 years into their jobs. It's not all about the money, you also gain a huge job satisfaction from taking a Teacher/TA/Support Staff or admin from not having a job or not happy with their current situation to giving them their near enough the perfect job. This company makes you feel part of a family; they would go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your everyday life style. They are supportive with their time, training and guidance. I have worked in another recruitment company prior to TeacherActive and I didn’t find any kind of support like I have found with this company. This company offers good career opportunities; you just need to be ready to give it all you can!
