It is all based on you as an individual, you control your own earnings and development with guidance and support from committed and dedicated leaders within the business. Everyone cares! The 5 core values aren't just core values, they are a part of every individual employee and you can feel it in every office you walk into.

Pros

Friendly staff who listen to you and find you assignments that meet your needs. Good rates of pay. Staff keep you up to date with any changes to your assignments and contract. Gave furlough payments from date of suspension of contract through to the summer - this was much appreciated.

Cons

There are no disadvantages - I would recommend any friend or colleague to join Teaching Active.
