- not a place for fresh graduates - Senior developers do not have time to guide fresh graduates or give proper assignment. As a result, there is very little development - My mentor had mentioned that the client gives a timeline of 2 or 3 days to complete and deliver code. In such an environment, it is difficult to involve us - they do not give importance to appraisal
