      Pros

      -opportunity to work in a team that is mostly young -work/life balance is good...specially if u r in a non development project -u get to interact with some of the most brilliant minds in the software industry -opportunities to go abroad which means higher remuneration

      Cons

      -First and foremost ....they dont recognise talent freshers are just thrown into any project irrespective of their skillsets they even will train u on one technology and give u project on an entirely different one which u r supposed to master -not a great company for career starters especially if u r really talented...better look for some development company

      Pros

      Very good company to work with. Good working environment. Good processes, so most of employees queries are easily answered. diverse people to work with in experience and state.

      Cons

      some are really very bad managers. they put their faults which happened to client on employees. i was extremely irritated. if some one does know about your technology, like working in separate domain which is equally complex in same team, and all other team members work in one common technology, you will get lowest rating.

      Cons

      No Career growth after 6 years or so Not good place for folks having too good talent Leadership should be more better to give good opportunities
