      Nice brand to work with.Good on site opportunities. It has a good knowledge base across all vertical.Provides good opportunity for freshers.

      Poor compensation. May not be an ideal place to increase technical knowledge. There is a big number of lazy people

      Pros

      Leading change is one of the values of the company, and TCS has been demonstrating a lot of integrity on this one. Over the last 10 years I've seen the company change in leaps and bounds in all aspects. This is one of the best companies around, though the hype surrounding other companies like Infosys is missing.

      Cons

      Salary and Promotions have always been a downside, especially for the long standing employees. Lateral hires do seem successful in bargaining their way into the company.
