Cons
Reducing the salary every year. No onsite for any experienced resource above 7 years exp and as you gain more exp between 5 years experience and 7 years experience your chances will become 0 to get any H1B visa petition filed by them. The HR will lie you during the HR round about every thing and once you join you will find this policy. No notepads (cost cutting) No gmail/naukri.com etc access Many common library computers running on pirated windows OS They will cry to give you late night cabs, for general shifts when u stay late for work they will give you a tempo traveler with 18 workers at night 10PM for house drop by the time tempo drops every one it will be midnight.I am taking this for long routes my house is 25KMs from the office, this is another cost cutting. They need lot of documentation while joining get affidavits it will cost you around 2 thousand + but ideally instead of TCS doing it for you, you have to do it pay every lawyer and get the affidavits done about your health/police case every thing. They will bid the bare minimum for new and existing project with clause for complete 8 hours working, so you will have to show 9 hours every day in office. No internal polices or facilities for technical trainings
