Pros

Set schedule A little bit of freedom to merchandise // if you know your job. You have a great team in soft lines that you get to work train and work with.

Cons

Most days you are a glorified stocker. Spend your days picking up clothing up off the FLOOR. We should not "Be in Charge of Fan Central" The expectations out way the time allotted. Not enough people planned for VMGs & POGs. Workload unrealistic. You do not have a Team any more, and Peers - don't step up to help.

Pros

Great employees, benefits come eventually, flexible with scheduling- especially if you’re a student

Cons

Managers don’t listen to needs, scheduling can become a pain- hours to work are all over the place, nobody (except for Team Leads and ETLs) is actually full time, they keep you under 40 hours every week, sometimes less. The expected work vs what you’re actually getting paid is sad- but if you do a good job you’ll (eventually) get your yearly review and get from one cent up to (what I hear) 50 cents in raise, but it’s all confusing because of Target’s plan to have minimum wage at $15 by 2020. And HR never addresses it unless you ask
