Big Changes

Pros

Target is heading in the right direction. Many team members that have been with the company for several years hate the changes, but as someone that joined the company recently and has seen different types of retail, Target definitely knows what they're doing.

Cons

They haven't quite figured everything out and the older team members are not on board with everything. The fast and drastic changes are creating such a toxic culture because there are way too many people with negative outlooks.
