Pros

I grew close to some of the people I worked closely with and there a couple of ETLS that were supportive.

Cons

Whatever they tell you your job is going to be its not. • You get ZERO support and you’re constantly doing everything on your own without a team. There’s a lot on your shoulders and it doesn’t help when higher ups who know nothing about STYLE have unrealistic expectations. •Zero work-life balance. I was constantly exhausted and never wanted to do anything on my days off •Not enough recognition or appreciation •If you aren’t a brown noser you won’t move up •Health benefits suck. High deductible.
