Pros

Nice people in general. Work is not that hard compairing to other stores I worked. Could adjust my schedule accordingly my needs (I was a student). Pay is better that other stores. Good benefits.

Cons

Shift times are crazy, you work early mornings and late evenings at the same week. Couldn't really plan my time in advance. I don't understand how someone can make it their carreer, unless they are students or need a job urgently.

Pros

Decent pay for the area ($15/hr)

Cons

Difficult management. Myself and my coworkers were repeatedly scheduled more hours than we we agreed to work. They avoided scheduling us 40 hours to avoid full time. HR was extremely toxic with no concern for employee welfare or labor laws. Target has anti-union training videos for new employees and pamphlets for leadership. Unsafe working conditions due to high product volume, returns were always out of control and created safety hazards, Never enough employees scheduled. Myself and my coworkers told leadership for months that they needed to schedule more people and hire more staff. Management talked down to us and gave us too much work to do, and complained about us not getting our regular duties done.
