Pros

Nice co-workers at my location, your mileage may vary. Most of the team leads at my store started as team members so there is some room to move up, although how often people move up to ETLs, I don't know.

Cons

They're trying to save money by not staffing the stores, You will be asked to do the the work three people could do in three 8-hour shifts. But you will have 6 hours to do it by yourself. Every day. They continue to hire more part-time people, even though existing people who are asking for full-time are getting 28-30 hours per week. Good people don't stay long, and Target seems to like it that way. In-store leadership has nothing to offer to try to retain us except sincere thank yous.
