Good chill place

Pros

My team is very chill and there isn't a lot of stress or deadlines. Coolest thing is Target's 50 day of learning, essentially they encourage managers to allow their employees every Friday to focus on learning something (that hopefully will help with this career). For me that's been reading professional development books, using their pluralsight training (coursea, LinkedIn learning etc.) or researching new cool technologies to use in the work the team does. * Time off (at least on my team) is very chill and if you need more than you are allocated you are given it no questions asked, work life balance is very good here

Cons

I worry that rention pay wont match what I could get at other companies but I guess I'll see, 3% raise each year doesn't even match inflation.
