Pros

The teams I've worked on were matured with established tech stacks and standards. The people are great to work with. Your work life balance is what you make of it. They encourage 50 days of learning (usually on Fridays) to stay up to date with software or improve your skills in any aspects. They are gearing towards using more modern tech stack so that's fun, but depends on the team you land on, may involve lots of legacy migration and modernization work. That can be exciting though.
