Pros

They seem to hire anyone during the Holiday season and they don't turn you down for having colored hair or tattoos.

Cons

They pay you minimum wage with a maximum of 15 hours a week so they don't have to offer benefits. They don't offer a set schedule so you can't get another job, and when I asked if I could limit my hours to certain days a week so I could get another job I was told that the company doesn't approve of employees having second jobs. You have to pay for your own uniforms. Orientation was weird. They spend an uncomfortable amount of time telling you how evil unions are. When I tried to quit they put me on 'academic leave' for a year instead. Just let me leave.

Pros

Coworkers were very generous and caring. Whenever someone was down, they'd help pick you right back up. The schedule was very flexible as well.

Cons

The managers were awful and the pay rate was way too low. The managers were never appreciative and never acknowledged anything.
