There is never the same situation every day. Always something new.

we have a high turnover. Once you train someone new and they get it down. They leave and next to train someone new.

Not a bad place to work, just not a lot of money there.

Clean, bright, good company philosophy in general, easy to gain new new skills through cross training.

Cons

Shift work is never ideal since it is hard to schedule the rest of your life around it and there just isn't enough money to keep very many quality people there.
