Pros
I work with some really great people. Mostly everyone is friendly and kind. Some are downright hilarious and make work a blast. The work is easy and you can cross train pretty much anywhere so you definitely won't get bored. They gladly work around my college schedule. I remember once my LOD let me go home early the night before a big final. They really care about their employees. They work with any team member who aspires to move up within the company.
Cons
It is retail, so I hardly ever get a weekend off. Holidays are very hectic as well. The work is easy, but sometimes there is a lot of it and not enough people to get it all done. Not getting help when it was needed and people were available to help is pretty common too. Especially since I work in the grocery department at my Target. We're the rejects of the store I suppose.
