My fellow employees and managers are awesome. And I enjoy going in to work. Everyone is supportive and there is always room for raises every year as well as room for advancement.

Cons

Even though this is a retail position, they need to understand people have other commitments . School other jobs and family . However they feel the right to say employees are not allowed to be unavailable on the weekend. This is just ridiculous.

If you would like to move up in the company, all you have to do is express interest, always ask for feedback, and learn as much as you can about the store. Appreciation from above and below is abundant. Great people to work with

Cons

no benefits - but really caused by the Obama Care thing
