Pros

The managers here are always really friendly. They make you feel like it is a family here. Allow college students to stay in the system as long as they come back and work the breaks they come home.

Cons

Hours can be tight at time. You also have to request time off 3 weeks in advanced.

They work well with your schedule around your school hours. Fun place to work with great people.

Cons

Depending on where you are placed you could find yourself standing around for a while before your next break. Your also not paid on your lunch.
