Pros

Great peers, lots of room for advancement in different workcenters. Partnerships and collaborations are plentiful.

Cons

Work/Life balance tends to be non-existent. A 10hr day can/will easily become a 12+ hour day. Target will encompass your life, you will only have "Target Friends" and, at times, question if the salary is at all worth the stressful work environment.

Pros

401K, Bonus during reviews. Having a team that has your back and you having theirs.

Cons

No set schedule, politics, micromanaging. Barely have time to yourself. Closed to Open store back to back
