Pros

The environment is encouraged to be positive and upbeat, there is a team member discount and the scheduling is flexible usually.

Cons

As with any retail position, the guests can be difficult to handle and the benefits leave something to be desired, plus there is hard labor required in most positions.

Pros

Overall good benefits, but at the store level, the politics can easily outweigh anything positive about working for them.

Cons

Hired for full-time, but hours cut down to part-time due to horrible management decisions.

Pros

Flexible hours, room for advancement, starting pay above min. wage, relaxed atmosphere, very innovative company in retail.

Cons

Lack of payroll, little to no accountability, trending towards guest experience to be prioritized lower than profit, training is very limited for management
