Pros

10% discount on everything in the store and online Awesome work culture Many different jobs and you don't just have to stick with one Diverse overall the people are fun to work with Guests that walk in the store are usually excited about Target

Cons

Management isn't always the greatest Not much freedom, feels like they are always watching your back (can be a good thing too though) If your not a people person, you will not like it

Pros

Team members, ETL team, overall store environment, building rapport with ETL's and business partners, gaining trust and more responsibilities, more freedom to work alone or in a team setting.

Cons

Store Team Lead, one senior team lead, not taken seriously when serious action is required, feeling like your being passed over in favor for other team members, hiring unreliable team members.

Pros

Management is very professional and provides positive recognition. Fellow team members are like a family in that a majority of the long-term employees there genuinely care about each other.

Cons

Low wages to start, but can dramatically improve if you become a team leader. Frequent turnover and low skilled workers in many areas.
