Pros

The hours are great even though the 3 day shifts all seem to run together at times.

Cons

Very compressed days that feel like you can’t get everything done in one shift.

Pros

Great benefits and time off is very flexible

Cons

15 hour shifts Promotions are based on if you’re friends outside of work and you do everyone’s job but your own. Operation managers are equivalent to supervisors at other warehouses, and seniors are equivalent to operations managers You don’t do any of your own planning it’s based on what the production controller tells you even if they’ve never work your department before. Too many inexperienced management a lot are straight of college and do not understand the basics of a distribution center other than what they learned in a class. They are also not neurodivergent friendly although they drive the “inclusivity” model down your throat.
