Growing Pains

Business Outlook

Pros

Hours of operations Location 20 mile drive Need for Process Improvements

Cons

Young - Young - Young Management trying to "Play Office" and not even know the basic thing about building productive teams. Burn and Churn Mindset - Management is so weak at doing the job they will fire or push out workers rather then have the difficult conversations that are sometimes needed. Disconnect between district and corporate vision and directives being executed in the field. Young Management has figured out that if they just buddy up with leaders then job duty's will be changed within 12 months.
