Pros

Flexible schedules for college students, learned about shipping and receiving and backroom duties in the warehouse. Majority are nice people.

Cons

Too much pressure from management, understaffed, bad training, no promotions at all. There are never any people to call in and cover absent employees for shifts. Many young kids have to pick up the slack of the older employees. Uniforms are mandatory. They always change the way they want things done. No hours.

Pros

-Food was regularly available in the breakroom -Management for the most part was friendly

Cons

-Hours were hard to come by -My supervisor often pushed employees to the limit and was generally uncaring -Upon receiving an injury that has damaged my vision, I was only given an ice pack at the time, and the provided medical center was over an hour away, and only took patients on days where I worked. -No real way of moving up the ladder
