- Flexible schedules - Employee discount - Good enviroment

Cons

- They will offer you a part-time position, but will give you 39.5 hours. They don't want to give you a full-time position to not give you full benefits.

There is potential to move up if you work hard. You can get extra hours if you show interest by working hard and being a team player. They recognize your effort although it can get annoying to hear recognition over the walkie for basic jobs while others might not get recognized for more difficult jobs. Managers are not allowed to bother you while you are on lunch break.

Cons

Hours can be harsh depending on your specific job (really early for flow and backroom team, late for closing crew). Benefits don't kick in until after 6 months.
