Pros

For an unskilled labor position, a $17/hr base pay is pretty sweet. They also offer discounts on merchandise as well as a free(ish) subscription to Target 360.

Cons

The management was dysfunctional. The scheduling was all off; I would often be scheduled outside my set availability, and I got more hours as a high schooler than people who had mouths to feed. It was not uncommon for team leads to be MIA, even during incredibly busy shifts. They were also all quite patronizing.
