Pros

Easy Job , Great coworkers and good pay. Lenient with scheduling and time off requests.

Cons

Huge disconnect between corporate and store-level. Different stores have different issues so experience may vary. You have to wait 6 months for 401k (5% match) , and one year for health / dental / vision insurance assuming you average 32 hours per week by that time. Asset protection policies are extremely redundant. You can spider wrap and box up products all you want but if you don't have a presence on the sales floor it will not help with theft and shrink. They only care about pushing product to the floor and putting it up in the back.
