Pros

Most of the managers were cool. Got the PTO I requested off. Spencer (GM ETL) is a great team lead. I worked pretty independently in my department, and it was nice. Pay was decent for an entry-level job with bonuses during covid and the holidays.

Cons

Sometimes the team leads were a little micromanagy.
