Pros

meet cool new people, solid spot if you're young looking to make money on a part or full time basis, once in q4 there's plenty of work.

Cons

hours get cut during less busy seasons, expect the same amount of work that takes 8 hours to be done with a 4.5 hour shift.

Pros

-Most of the cons of this job are standard in most retail management roles, you know what you are getting into. -Good paths for development if you want to make more money and grow with the company -Guaranteed raise every year, but sometimes can be very small (performance-based) -If your leaders are good, you can develop a team and have a huge impact on your store -Lots of benefits and good vacation time!

Cons

-Your success and happiness depend heavily on the executives and store director, it can be very political and cliquey -They expect you to eat, sleep, and breathe Target -Sometimes schedules can be very inconsistent, varying from opening to closing to overnight shifts.
