      Good management team and fellow employees.

      Cons

      Uncertainty about how many hours I would get each week. i would be scheduled for 20 hours and get 40. I needed 40 each week and it was very nerve wracking thinking I might only get 20 hours.

      Did not have to deal with the public or be out on the floor to terribly often. Most of the upper management seemed to care about employees.
