Pros

One of the best teams I have ever worked with. Leadership and the team will make or break your experience with the company

Cons

*Weird internal politics *If you aren't "in" you will never go anywhere with the company.

Pros

Store discount, benefits, equality of employees

Cons

They often hired straight out of college people with no experience and then expected unrealistic results from them. Every store I worked at was a meat grinder that quickly moved on those hires an replaced them with a new fresh out of college person only to watch them fail again. The pay was also substandard against the work as an ETL. There never seemed enough of it for the hours you were expected to work and maintain.

Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door for criminal Justice. Good to learn surveillance and CCTV.

Cons

Retail job, hours can be hard including weekends and holidays. Pay is low but can advance.
