Pros

Very supportive upper management that is willing to take the time to aid your development. Always accessible via phone call and email

Cons

Very low pay, PTO accumulates very slowly, not the brightest co workers. Some of the assistant managers are not the brightest folks either.

The amount of leadership shaping that goes on in a good store is fantastic and can set you up for future challenges and the ability to handle them.

Cons

Bad management can lead to store issues, and retail environment changes a lot.
