      Pros

      A very unique and creative workplace. An opportunity to communicate and work with a diverse group of professionals; with a ton of knowledge in fashion, supply chain and raw materials. Good management.

      Poor leadership, lack of resources for continued growth as an individual and within the company. Very gossipy

      Pros

      Worked here for the last three years at my local outlet mall. I'm going to make this short and sweet: -Great sales training (even if you can't sell cake to a fat kid) -Good constructive criticism -Family-like work environment (my managers have become like 2nd mothers to me) -Fast-paced (depending if you work in a Men's or Women's store.) -Team share is amazing if you all perform exceptionally -"All in this together" mentality -Managers will go out of their way to mentor you in order for you to be better

      Cons

      With good must come bad so here we go: -Some customers (but that's every retail store so what can you do?) -Few managers tend to put down, undercut, or make fun of you in front of a customer in an attempt to defuse a situation. -Not much room for growth depending on where you are. -Non-commissioned based
