      Upper management displayed MAJOR favoritism for certain “well-liked” employees who received special treatment / privileges over others, leading to many unfair disadvantage Management extremely under-staffed Terrible pay Impossible to get ahead Overworked Company “promotes” employees with job title bumps, but doesn’t give you a raise (they say you have to “earn” it)
