      Pros

      20 days PTO, 10 sick days, lots of paid holidays, flexible with remote work (most teams go in 3x a week). Good health benefits, 401K match,

      Cons

      Very lean teams. A lot of work for individual contributors with tight deadlines. Hard to get a raise or a promotion - you always have to build a case with HR as to why you deserve growth or to prove your responsibilities changed.
