Good wages. Amazing community and the job is not hard at all, I had a great time working there most of the time.

Cons

Lack of communication between management and front of house/back of house staff. Confusing and inconsistent scheduling.

GM sexist chauvinist harasses staff and management, inconsistent policies and procedures, not applied to all employees fairly or consistently - failed execution of vision due to lack of direction and lack of competency to operationalize the vision - favouritism - workplace bullying runs rampant
