      Pros

      I only have positive things to say about Talan Americas. The projects are fun and you get the chance to work with local business. What makes this place special is the company culture: I feel like everyone here works as a team and are there to help out each other. There is very little company politics and management is pretty transparent.

      Cons

      My positives would be few if I had to base my review off the head office management. They have the means of a big company with the disorganisation of a start up. Management has little to no regard for their employees wellbeing or cultural differences.
