      Pros

      It's hard to talk about Tableau because I sound like an infomercial. It may just be the group I'm in, but this place goes above and beyond to meet the employee needs. I'm challenged, encouraged, work on cool stuff, actually love the product, and find that it's hard to meet a co-worker you wouldn't want to join for drinks. I love it here and feel incredibly lucky to have found this place.

      Cons

      You work hard here, and there are a lot of company sponsored events. I consider this a pro, but if you really, really hate travel and hanging out with co-workers, you might not.

      Pros

      Wonderfully refreshing atmosphere. Superb team attitude. Everyone has to demo the product as part of the interview process which forces you to learn it and appreciate it. Product is like no other I've ever worked with. Management is open, honest, trustworthy, and they are down to earth. No egos here. Everyone sells, everyone contributes, and everyone wins. Amazing company.

      Cons

      None - I have loved every second of it. It compares to no other software company in the world. I'm a new employee as of a month ago and I've been super impressed.

      Pros

      Great people, company, mission! Very collaborative and dynamic work environment. Lots of food is a plus as well! If you want to grow with a company, this is a place to do it, as promoting from within is very common in most teams. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Load balance and career development sometimes takes a backseat to the daily grind.
