      - Great products - Smart and helpful colleagues

      Cons

      - Continual downgrade in RSUs, benefits, work freedom and career path with Tableau. - Big turn over, a lot of Tableau employees left the company, we are getting too many new hires. - Lack of promotion and internal opportunities. - Additional work from SF on top of your Tableau job - Tableau and SF = 2 VPN, 2 emails addresses, 2 Wiki, 2 Slack etc. - Too much security is bad security.
