Not open to suggestions on improving work environment/processes, staff opinions are ignored. Limited promotional opportunities, they often bring in new staff from the U.S. instead of nurturing internal talent.

The "bottom line" has started to become the only line. Still paying about 30% below market average. It's become more and more apparent that lower level employees are considered replaceable cogs. Raises not keeping up with cost of living, employee moral in lower paying areas is not good (can't speak to dev or other locations). Job opportunities have dried up. attempts at making employees feel heard has stopped. upper management disengaged from employees. Most everyone feels stuck in tech support. CEO is good at dancing around questions.
